The same five questions, over and over
Every site collects the same handful of questions — how delivery works, whether returns are allowed, how to get in touch. Put them all on the page as plain paragraphs and the section turns into a scroll no one finishes. Stack them as headings and it eats half the page. And the moment you want to reword an answer, you’re hunting through a wall of text to find it.
The FAQ block folds all of that into an accordion. Each question sits closed until someone wants it, and the answer slides open right underneath.
Setting one up takes a minute. Add a question, type its answer, and repeat for the rest — the answer field takes bold, italics and lists, so you can lay out a proper reply. Then choose whether one opens at a time, which icon to show, and the preview updates as you go. No CSS, no shortcode, nothing to remember.
One open at a time, plus icon on the right. The default accordion — opening a question closes the last one, and the first is already open when the page loads.
Chevron on the left. The same block with the toggle icon switched to a chevron and moved to the left of each question.
Several answers open at once. The same block with one-at-a-time switched off, so readers can leave a few questions expanded and compare them side by side.
Ready to answer them once and for all?
The FAQ block ships with Flexa Block. Install it and it’s waiting in the editor the next time you open a page — the live accordions above are the same block.
