People just can’t find them. A blog page shows the newest posts and stops there. A reader looking for one topic has to scroll, guess, or click into a category archive and lose the page they were on. The longer your blog gets, the more good writing sinks out of reach — and there’s no obvious way for a visitor to say *just show me the tutorials* without leaving. The Post Filter block puts that control on the page itself. It’s a small bar you sit above a Post Grid — a search box, a category or tag filter, a reset link — and it narrows the grid live, in place, as the visitor uses it. No archive detour, no reload. Point the bar at any Post Grid on the page — pick it from a dropdown, no hand-copied IDs, and the filter and grid can even sit in different columns. Show each filter as a dropdown, a checkbox list or pills — and add it twice to filter by two taxonomies at once. Lay the controls out in a row above the grid or a column down a sidebar — plus the usual label, control and button colour, spacing and responsive controls. Setting it up takes about a minute. Drop the Post Filter above a Post Grid, choose that grid from the dropdown, and the search and filter controls inside the bar inherit the target automatically.
